In line with the decision of the United Nations, in 1956, with the Geneva agreement, North and South Vietnam were to be united.. However, North Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh wanted to take over the entire country and spread the communist regime.. Therefore, there was a resistance to the current government.. This resistance, which started to flare up with protests, did not please America the most.

One of the best achievers is that little girl running naked, who became the epitome of the Vietnam War.. His photo shook the world as he ran in shock and with Napalm Bomb wounds on his body.. That little girl’s name is Kim Phuc and she’s the head of an anti-war foundation.. In a speech he gave in Washington about the Vietnam War, he says:
“If I met the pilot who dropped that bomb, I’d say, ‘We can’t change the past…’. “But we can do our best to serve peace today, tomorrow and even forever!”
